Application instructions

For each period, you will select one first choice preference plus two alternates in case your first choice is not available. We will do our best to accommodate these priorities but cannot guarantee admission to your first choice. Placement is based on first come, first served with the following exceptions: certain programmes mandate a specific course and students in this programmes are guaranteed admittance; students opting for certain course combinations will be prioritised for inclusion in both courses.

See Programme Specific Information
See SIMM32 Prerequisites

Should you submit multiple applications (e.g. you changed your mind after initially applying and will reapply to change your course selection), only your most recent application - with its corresponding timestamp - will be considered.

Applications open on January 30th at 08:00 and close on February 6th at 12:00 (noon). You can access the application form by clicking here. Note that you will not have access to the form before the start date.

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you submit the form. A notification email will be sent to you with information on which courses you have been accepted to no later than February 16th.
