When: 8 June, 2023, 9:00-17:00, and will consist of three ceremonies. The exact time of the ceremony for your programme will be announced within a couple weeks after registration has closed. 

Venue: The Auditorium ("Aula"), Lund University main building (Universitetshuset), Lund city. The address is Paradisgatan 2, 223 50 Lund.

Registration: Eligible students will receive a personalised registration link on 31 March, 2023 to the email address they have on file in Ladok. The deadline to register will be 17 April, 2023. 

Guests: The number of guests each student is allowed to bring will be determined by the number of students participating in the event. We will provide more information about this after registration has closed. In previous years, students who registered on time were guaranteed at least one guest at the ceremony.
